The founding members of the Other Selves Working Group formed this circle in the throes of the pandemic in 2020 to begin building a body of channeled information from the Confederation. In 2021 they met for their first channeling intensive in Colorado Springs, Colorado, making contact with Laitos, the Confederation’s designated social memory complex for training instruments. The circle quickly graduated to contact with Q’uo, and they met at two later intensives in 2022. With the departure of Dartez and Norby from the Working Group, the circle disbanded. Tyman and Weiland formed a new circle shortly after to carry on the project.

In this final session from the Other Selves Working Group’s third channeling intensive, those of Q’uo discuss the diverse circumstances in which an entity can suffer from feeling overwhelmed or flooded. Organizing these instances by their temporal orientation, Q’uo catalogs several energetic, catalytic, and emotional components that come into various levles of play in each type of overwhelm. Q’uo offers some general tips on balancing these feelings and relating to the pain and fear they can instigate, closing with a general message of encouragement for the instruments.
