Forgiveness is an issue we all have to deal with on a fairly regular basis, and for many of us, it poses a real conundrum. Laitos here does little to make the issue simpler, but rather deepens the concept by suggesting that it is a project which extends well into the higher densities. The problem is broken down into the following components: (1) The act of forgiving needs to include both the self and the other, (2) The gift of the energy of the Creator, as unfathomable as it may be, is still perhaps our best resource, and (3) There is something called “complete forgiveness,” in which a full balance is achieved by each self forgiving itself and the other.

In this session from the Other Selves Working Group first channeling intensive in Colorado Springs, Laitos explores the different aspects involved in trust, from trust in self, to the extension of trust to the other self, to the more generalized trust in the Creation generally. While trust ought not be blind and wanton, for there are often dangers to balance, we learn through our disappointments how to accept others as they are, to cultivate a faith in their good intentions and highest they have to offer. If we can believe in the fundamentally didactic nature of our catalyst, we can use both trust and distrust to explore the current of our lives, which will always bring us back to another opportunity to balance between openness and discernment.

In this session from the Other Selves Working Group's first channeling intensive, those of Laitos explore several dimensions of service to others. As an attitude we exude in our daily activities, service realizes an expanded self that can tune into the Creator in others in an increasingly automatic fashion. In exploring our foundational desire to serve, we learn to gently balance active service with work in consciousness, replenishing our will to seek the Creator and refining the honesty of that desire. These lessons in the subtleties of the positive polarity allow us and the Creator to benefit from our attempts at serving even when they fail, helping us return to the state of grace which confers peace in spite of the ups and downs of incarnate life.

In this session from the Other Selves Working Group's first channeling intensive, those of Laitos describe Earth's transition from third density to fourth density as a birthing process experiencing difficulty and requiring aid from her inhabitants. The seeker is capable of providing love, comfort, and assistance by maintaining a welcoming, nurturing, and peaceful attitude in the face of what may appear to be catastrophe. Healing the strife that hinders the delivery process is part of looking beyond the individual to the collective possibilities of the coming density. Laitos expands on this metaphysical relation between humans and planet by suggesting the Earth serves as a kind of unconscious for the emerging social memory complex of sub-sub-Logoi on her surface[1](#footnote-1).

Love and wisdom are such fundamental aspects of the creation that each is accorded an entire density of experience to allow for the evolving creature to perfect its reflection of this facet of the Creator. In the sixth density the two dimensions must be brought into a state of balance with one another. Even in the third density, however, issues of balance arise. Q’uo here responds to our query concerning the issues and complications that arise in this process.

In this session from the Other Selves Working Group's first channeling intensive in Colorado Springs, Q’uo discusses humility, starting with comparing our condition to that of the second density sapling vulnerably striving towards the light without self-consciousness. Q’uo then ties in false humility, arrogance, acceptance of self, protection, specialization, and authority to explore the experiences that we encounter as we hone the personality shells that third density provides us. Given the service we expect to perform, Q’uo suggests we seek to share the burden and comfort one another, recognizing we all started out as more naive and less wise than we are now.

In this session from the Other Selves Working Group's first channeling intensive in Colorado Springs, Q’uo lays the groundwork for social dynamics that span from the one-on-one relationship to the large institution, showing how these different scales of association allow for the issue of energies that allow us to work with the lessons of the yellow ray center. Conflict, humiliation, and frustration are far from errant experiences -- they are the means by which we learn the path towards social memory. If we can make our expectations within our groups plain, both to ourselves and to our other selves, we can set an example of the vast potential available to the group when each individual heart is opened and made vulnerable.

In this final session from the Other Selves Working Group's first channeling intensive, Q'uo counsels the channeling circle on their commitment to ongoing, remote spiritual work upon returning home. They urge the group to discover a balance between the daily duties of life and the responsibility of serving as channels, commenting on the importance of accountability and clear communication. Catalyst may be increased in the group's personal lives, but with that challenge comes additional resources arising from the dedication to the spiritual path. Q'uo finishes by answering questions on despair and healing, concerns about financing the group's effort, and the advisability of practicing channeling at home.

In this inaugural channeling session of the Richmond Meditation Circle, Hatonn counsels seekers to hone their faith by leaning into the catalyst we programmed for ourselves, painful though it may be. There is a rhythm to our lives that transcends our ability to reason and plan, and we serve our evolution best when we maintain a positive attitude radiating love to others and nurturing our fragile selves through the changes of life. As this rhythm transforms us into something we might think we should fear, we can rest assured that the deeper we go, the closer we get to the Creator.

In this session from the Richmond Meditation Circle, Q'uo addresses issues arising from acceptance of struggles in life. We learn most from our attempts to overcome and oppose obstacles, because this effort exposes clues about our deeper identities. The fruition of our incarnational work lies in the patient, gradual acceptance of that which we once sought to overcome, building the faith in us necessary to approach fourth density. Preparing ourselves for service through meditation, we learn to abide in this process, comforting and nurturing ourselves and other selves along the way.

In this first session from the second OSWG channeling intensive, Q’uo offers details about the different kinds of entities one might channel and how to appropriately protect oneself in doing so. They begin by articulating the inner planes/outer planes distinction and why it makes a difference in channeling. The rule of three helps anchor the wavelength when it is projected into the outer realms where there is less natural protection. The existence of entities who would want to redirect communication to their own ends is what makes tuning and protection necessary. Throughout this message, Q’uo is careful to attend to the special relationship the higher self has to the self, in both its limitations and its protections. They dwell on the number three: it is an auspicious and nonarbitrary number; however, the higher the number of aligned seekers, the greater the protection. Q’uo closes with a reminder that the circle of seeking is not limited to the space and time in which channeling occurs.

In this session Q’uo speaks to the process and the tribulations involved in the task that increasingly becomes central to the aspiring adept: the work of disciplining the emotions. Stress is laid upon the need to integrate work in the daily life with that work which is done in meditation. Q’uo develops in some detail the exigencies of daily work, showing how this fits in with our interactions with other selves. And the point is made that these interactions will not always be sweet and harmonious, even when there is a prevailing intent to make them so. Finally, attention is given to how the harvest of the work done in daily life can be brought into the more focused workings of the meditative situation.

In this session those of Q'uo engage in a broad discussion of the purpose, nature, and ramifications of the Transformation of Mind archetype. Because the theme of the archetype's tarot image involves choosing merely one kind of relationship to the self and deep mind over the other kind, Q'uo reminds us that letting go of the unchosen is an important part of transformation. We are advised to have compassion for ourselves in this pregnant state of change, as the fear attending transformation redounds to the depths of the contingency entailed in spiritual evolution. Both paths lead not only back to the Creator but also each teach as old patterns are balanced, and it is in the caring for the fragile third density self through the growth pains and alien feelings of transformation that we more completely integrate ourselves to be full participants in the next stage of evolution.

Q'uo describes the nature of group minds, focusing on their similarities to and differences from individual minds. They then introduce thought-forms as a means of communication between minds, whether group or individual. Thought-forms, Q’uo reminds us, are not always consciously or even coherently assembled. But when they are consciously formed by a polarized entity, they will have different features and target different realms of activity depending on which polarity produces them.

This session features Q'uo discussing the concept of self-consciousness and how it serves the Creator's evolutionary mission. There is a quantum leap in awareness demarcated by the second density entity's discovery of the possibility of stepping outside its feedback loop between mind and body. This new position recapitulates the initial stages of the Creation's articulation through the octaves, making possible the Choice that assembles the metaphysical power necessary to reach back to the Creator through the infinite medium of an emerging spirit complex. Finally, Q'uo frames this polarity of service-to-self and service-to-others as itself issuing from the development of the more primitive mover/moved polarity with which spirit initially engaged the creation. Through extending its feedback mechanism to the spirit complex, the self-aware entity grows to be an instrument of spirit, indirectly plumbing the mysteries of separation and the finite as an ever-unfolding discovery of its one infinite source.

Q'uo speaks to the difficult balance between staying safe and embracing catalyst. Where the integrity of the incarnation is concerned, Q'uo tells us, safety is an important baseline. But it is easy to become overprotective of both self and other. Q'uo reminds us that one must decide for oneself how much catalyst can be taken in and processed. They then touch on many other intersecting topics, such as the light touch, martyrdom, boldness, and group harmony.

Q'uo describes biases as a primitive or basic concept. Biases, they tell us, are a mark of Creatorhood, which include the biases of the One Logos in originating the universe as well as the original biases of the planet developed in first density. Q'uo tells us that biases are both acquired and also mysteriously latent within us; biases exist at the intersection between significance (or meaning or value) and desire (or yearning). Our experience of sequential time allows us to undergo accrual and transformations of biases. Q'uo concludes with a consideration of the differences in accrual of bias between the mind, body and spirit complexes.

Among the biases and gifts we bring with us from second density to third is the bodily state of alertness and angst that we understand as anxiety. While it served us well in second density consciousness, our ability to engage in abstract thought in the social complex, combined with our deep longing to return to the Creator, often magnifies justifiable anxiety into patterns of negative thought that impede our progress towards love and the realizations of spirit. When used in a disciplined manner, however, it can help us prepare for the emotional toll of eventualities and give us lessons in acceptance. As we grow into social memory, we learn to balance anxiety not just on our own but with others' help.

In our group there has been a concern about the putatively extremely positive notion that it is always the case that all is right in the universe, when we can see all around us that, at least from our own limited point of view, this does not seem to be so. Suffering abounds, injustice too often prevails, and opportunities for advancement are too often prematurely truncated. Moreover, there seems to be a dimension of the creation that is the home of terror itself, as negative time/space would suggest. Q’uo responds by strongly reaffirming the “all is well message,” while at the same time acknowledging the validity of the very perceptions that gave rise to our concern. Interestingly, Q’uo also admits that, within the group of social memory complexes going by this name, there are some quite different perspectives at play on this very question. These differences are here explored in some detail.

In this session those of Hatonn attempt to speak to the discomfort and heartache inherent in the constant change of our lives. This change and the emotional wake it leaves is part of our lessons, and it is our limited third density perspective that prevents us from seeing it as a smooth and coherent curriculum leading to realizations which we are destined to achieve. In fact, the more we can feel into our emotions deeply, no matter how positive or negative they may seem, the better use we can make of the catalyst. We might fear that feeling negative emotions could prompt us to act in rash or destructive manners, but those of Hatonn assure us that we are more likely to act in ways we might regret in the attempt to escape the emotion, not in simply feeling its truth. _Note: The Richmond Meditation Circle is still working out how to facilitate remote participants in its channeling circle. This is the reason for the pauses towards the end. We always ensure at least two participants are present in person in addition to the channel themself._

In this first session from the Other Selves Working Group’s third channeling intensive, those of Q’uo discuss the nature of the service-to-others path, providing commentary on both the outward forms of service as well as the metaphysical and spiritual foundations of such service. Emphasis is placed on the connection between polarity and the individual self lived as so separate from the Creator. Those of Q’uo introduce a concept of atmospheres or auras surrounding these centers of focus constituting individuality, imputing to these auras many of the less tangible, more universal feelings that accompany individuality. The session ends with a discussion of the role of sacrifice in the expression of selfhood along both paths of polarity.

In this session, Q’uo gives a detailed account of the elements and issues affecting the dynamics of communication across the veil. This relates both to the intricacies of the inner planes and those of the outer planes, to the extent that either of these locales are implicated in the type of contact that is sought. The nuances of meaning associated with the positive and negative paths are explored, as is the role of time/space in serving as a vehicle for the perpetuation and enhancement of the qualitative characteristics associated with each path.

In this session Q’uo addresses the despair and confusion that longtime seekers often encounter on their path. Pursuing a polarity does not mitigate against these feelings as catalysis and transformation work upon us. Q’uo encourages us to develop a relationship with pain that does not deny its sting while also learning how to ask for the help and faith to endure. As always, seeking a larger perspective in the present moment is a great aid in our desire to serve others and build our spiritual strength upon this love.

Those of Q’uo discuss several aspects of third density systems of manipulation and domination that we experience in our individual lives, making key connections and distinctions between the single self and the collective nature of participation in these systems. Liberation is discussed in a variety of senses: as a surrender to the rightness of our catalyst and the salutary nature of manifestation, as a project of the self freeing itself and reaching back to others, and as a communal project that seeks to subvert the control of individuals with coordinated self-expression. While Q’uo refuses to direct our outward expressions of emancipation, they do offer several thoughts on how to identify the liberatory project in our service and conduct.

In this session, Q’uo addresses the problem of the stubborn persistence of certain wounded affects, in this case, those of disappointment and resentment. An attempt is made to uncover the structure of the psyche such that these issues could pose such a great difficulty for those who seek to heal and to become whole. While those of Q’uo do not feel it possible to give a complete answer in the form of a formula for overcoming these wounds, a few gentle suggestions about how one might address the condition are offered.

In this session, those of Q’uo address the nature of mind and its relation to the body. They discuss the grounding of mind in love and how its fluid nature relates to manifestation and embodiment. Some hints are also offered about how the body relates mind back to itself. Towards the end, Q’uo answers a question on the “tree of mind” metaphor as viewed from the body complex.

Q’uo here explores the way that the complexity of spirit arises from the initial complexity of mind, as a result of points of contact between the two dimensions of self. The specific role of the veil is discussed, and the sense in which that catalyst which is unused by mind tends to seep through, as an undigested remainder, into the spirit, creating residues that contribute to the complexification. These, in part, seed the tendency of the spirit complex to be experienced as a dark and dangerous place.

This evening session features those of Q’uo discussing the pitfalls of channeling with a special focus on channeling instruction. They catalog several ways in which instruments can lose their tuning and protection, and the danger of this recklessness is magnified in teachers. We hold a responsibility to ourselves, to other selves, to students, and to the Creator to be fastidious in our channeling conduct, and this requires care in whom we choose to teach to channel.It is in the daily life that we can do the least exotic and most grounding work in recognizing and promoting that vibration we seek in our service as instruments.

Q’uo here speaks, initially, to the broad problem of becoming an incarnatively created self, prior to turning to the question of the higher self proper. The focus is on the way in which the higher self may be of service in aiding the development of the self as it reaches the stage of evolution in which the spirit complex becomes a dynamic variable in its process. Finally, Q’uo speaks to the differences between the two polarities, positive and negative, with respect to the manner in which guidance of the evolution of self-hood is effectuated.

In this final session from the Other Selves Working Group’s third channeling intensive, those of Q’uo discuss the diverse circumstances in which an entity can suffer from feeling overwhelmed or flooded. Organizing these instances by their temporal orientation, Q’uo catalogs several energetic, catalytic, and emotional components that come into various levels of play in each type of overwhelm. Q’uo offers some general tips on balancing these feelings and relating to the pain and fear they can instigate, closing with a general message of encouragement for the instruments.

Monka is an old Confederation contact in the tradition of UFO-inspired channeling, first appearing in the work of Richard Miller in the 1950's[1](#footnote-1) and channeled twice by the L/L Research circle in the 1980's[2](#footnote-2), [3](#footnote-3). Responding to questions and concerns around group work in the Other Selves Working Group's activities, they share their view of the dynamics surrounding the building of community, the exercise of power, and the nature of disputes. The gravity of such work is laid out in light of the arriving fourth density, and those of Monka counsel patience and flexibility in accommodating the sometimes troubling nature of personal relationships. Some commentary is offered towards the end of the session on the operation of archetypal mind at the cosmic level.

Making their first contact with the Richmond Meditation Circle, Auxhall (often spelled as "Oxal", but we feel this spelling better captures the vibration) explains the nature of faith as a situating plenum of comfort as well as an orienting pressure on an entity. Faith provides the basis for connecting the lessons of catalysis with the deeper desires of the evolving mind/body/spirit complex, so that it learns to understand these desires at levels that partake more and more of the total self. This allows the waking personality to cooperate in this complex's project as it learns to recognize and accept itself. Those of Auxhall also address questions related to willpower, imagination, and the distinction between intuition and conscious thinking.

Hatonn pays a visit to the Richmond Meditation Circle after nearly a year's absence to provide context on some of the details involved in the wanderer's emotional service in third density. Because the open heart is such a site of vulnerability, we must accept that heartbreak is not simply a side-effect of serving others but what makes us relatable and recognizable to those we serve. This opens us up to difficult catalyst, and we must discipline our personalities to offer what we cannot balance ourselves back to the Creator. As we hone our faculty of patience, we bring a more cosmic and universal love to bear that allows us to midwife the transition to fourth density on behalf of the Logos. Aspects of polarity related to specific forms of service to the emerging social memory complex also receive some discussion.

In this remarkable session, those of Q'uo discuss the basic organizing principles of first density, including what pushes entities into second density. It is in first density that consciousness transforms through patterns of motion that begin to crystallize and resonate with vibratory influences that beckon the nascent entity onwards. By tracing this progression of consciousness backwards from third density to first, those of Q'uo walk the seeker through the various layers of awareness that accumulate to modify the overall quality of beingness. They end by illustrating the specific nature of a primitive consciousness that, in its limitation to only be acted upon and not act itself, can endure and abide timelessness. Mysteriously, a "primordial desire" emerges at some point impelling the first density graduate to pursue the upward spiraling light into a world of motion, time, action, and complexity.

Those of Q'uo address the societal roots of authoritarianism in the individual's repression of ugly or unwanted parts of the individual into their unconscious mind. Most people repress parts of themselves from free expression, building a potential that can be politically and socially released at scale in mass society by certain personalities which magnetically attract these repressed other selves. Releasing this potential sidesteps the necessity of the repressed individual to call sufficiently upon the spirit complex, trapping the repressed individual in the sinkhole of indifference indefinitely. Q'uo ends by discussing the power yielded through polarized engagement with this shadow self and suggests how one might positively accomplish this work.

What do those of Ra and the Confederation mean by "efficiency" when discussing spiritual evolution? Those of Q'uo tackle this question in light of the protean, "trial and error" nature of evolution, articulating the role the self-aware seeker plays in the total expression of the Creator's nature in this octave. Each octave seems to constitute an experiment in improving the balance between joy and sorrow as two poles in a continuum properly experienced as one follows the upwards spiraling light. This current octave's introduction of the veil between conscious and unconscious mind has improved the motivation to seek through third density polarization, but it has introduced a side effect by increasing the concentration of sorrow in that density, leading to the sinkhole of indifference. Those of sixth density seek to ameliorate this side effect, but their help is often rejected, and they are relegated to merely sharing in this sorrow as they send their love/light.

In this session those of Q'uo discuss the various long-running effects of the veil experienced in third density on the later densities' balancing. Polarization provides much impetus for seeking, but this lopsided desire does eventually require balancing in the higher densities. Q'uo describes the various ways in which wandering back into third density helps the mind/body/spirit complex explore its original choice in more detail. This to-and-fro between lower and higher densities seems to have served to complicate the otherwise smooth path back to the Creator in this octave, shortening third and fourth densities relative to the last octave but lengthening fifth and sixth densities.

This session deals with the nature of time/space as a reciprocal, alternatively constrained experience to space/time, offering mind/body/spirit complexes a more qualitative realm in which to intensify the focus of their seeking. Q'uo discusses the individual's oscillation through these two realms of experience and how they contribute to one's seeking path, especially with respect to the polarized nature of time/space. There is also some engagement with the nature of time, and those of Q'uo describe the dream experience as an example of those more fluid encounters with phenomena that time/space makes possible. As mind/body/spirit complexes grow more and more into their chosen path of polarity, time/space prepares the entity to make better use of space/time opportunities.

In 2010 Q'uo offered a curious insight into the enduring nature of the individual across octaves: > Those within the principle of Q’uo have not yet gone through the ending of an octave of creation. However, it is our understanding, limited though it may be, that the essence of each part of the Creator that has been sent out remains in potentiation as the Creator breathes and decides again to know Itself better. And when It sends out parts of Itself again, there is a natural tendency to fracture or be splintered into the precisely identical soul stream that you experienced in the previous octave. So in truth, you, as an individual, are never lost. You simply are folded up into the Creator after a full octave of experience. After coming from alpha to omega you start again and you learn again and you desire again and the fruits of that are preserved for the Creator so that It may know Itself ever better. > > [L/L Research Conscious Channeling Library, October 23, 2010](https://www.llresearch.org/channeling/2010/1023) Q'uo revisits this subject in this session to expand upon the relationship between the individual or soul stream and the unified Creator as it evolves and explores its own nature across the octaves of existence. The value of the individual "centers to infinity" evolving as co-Creators is explored in terms of the Creation's fractal nature, with each unit conveying a kind of memory of the specific distilled learning back to the Creator along lines that are consistent and inherent to this protean exercise of creation. There is the implication that this consistent fractal structure is the constant across octaves that allows for each new creation to be relatively appreciated for its novelty and for its distilled content to be shuttled back to the One Infinite Creator.

The social memory complex of Monka visits the Richmond Meditation Circle once more here to discuss the connection between individual work in consciousness and focused group work which accrues and deploys power. Much of developing this potential depends upon diligent and honest self-inquiry about the deeper nature of one's desires, one's nature, and how that might be a more or less distorted expression of divine will. Those of Monka offer ideas on how to balance the stresses of human life while maintaining a relatability towards other selves. Much of our work in consciousness revolves around the ability to shift perspective and thereby change one's subjectivity, and this makes such shifts key in developing magical potential. Monka offers that much of the transformation we seek occurs as a release of old identity, a process they connect to a more mindful awareness of the present moment. We are capable of powerful good so long as we stay grounded in the density of those whom we wish to assist.

Q'uo here addresses the role of the will in the development of power, polarity, and expression of true character through activation, exploration, and unblocking of the yellow ray energy center. Vibrating more and more in a socially oriented yellow ray manner, one encounters opportunities to form a variety of attitudes towards will's exercise, both by and upon the self. In the blockages and expressions of self this attitude evinces in having one's will constrained or empowered through social structures, will achieves ever redoubled focus through the practice of channeling it through structures of social norms and authorities. One either aspires to worthiness to use this power to serve others as a value or to the power to bring other selves under control, learning in the process something about one's nature otherwise hidden and vital to green ray activation.

Those of Q'uo describe the life of the will as an entity evolves towards a stronger and more effective energy distribution system otherwise known as a personality. Because will transcends the veil between the conscious and unconscious minds, the very catalyst that challenges us to know ourselves also mobilizes our deeper selves within as blockages are untangled, patterns from past experiences and incarnations crop up, and the personality increasingly draws upon the latent power of our inner architecture. While this power is a fruit of the proper polarization process, it can manifest in strange and unwelcome ways, and we are encouraged to mind our thoughts and intentions carefully in order to serve effectively, accept ourselves, and balance that whole self we channel.

In this session those of Q'uo discuss the breadth of concerns and implications resulting from attempts at magical practice on the service-to-others path. With no shortage of cautionary admonitions, several elements of disciplined study and self-inquiry are explicated briefly, including the role of the energy centers, the choice of polarity, the archetypal mind, and the shadow self. The well grounded access of the higher self then plays a pivotal part in the positive adept's transmutation of the negative energies at work in many conditions we might seek to affect through magical working. However, Q'uo continually remind us that this work demands immense levels of preparation and focus not required for third density polarization, and we can safely effect good through more modest forms of service.

This session features those of Q'uo discussing the dynamics of invoking the will, emphasizing intention as a crystallization of desire that gives us a way to relate to that which draws us forward. Along the way we encounter obstacles evincing unrecognized aspects of our desire in our blockages, confusion, and unexamined thoughts, and we wisely avoid the temptation to wrest the self into acceptability by a sheer act of will. Using a lighter, more patient touch will help us delicately work with catalyst on a more manageable basis in order to more gently address our distortions, accept and learn from our missteps, and discipline our conduct as we seek the love in each moment.

Ever the ones to disclaim authority, Q'uo provide in this session their best effort at articulating the proper balance between respecting free will and exercising power over others on the service-to-others path. They paint an evolutionary portrait of the role of stewardship that incrementally assembles a complex and precarious web of cultural responsibilities, societal norms, psychological repressions, and codical strictures adhering to its rightful exercise, none of which much limits the potential for abuse, distortion, confusion, or unintended side effects. The one saving grace of the positive steward seems to lie in the guidance discovered within, involving a continual reckoning with one's own blockages and desires that unearths a hard-won humility found in the balancing of the self and the experience of authority enacted both by and upon the self. The goal of all stewardship is to free other selves, achieving the harmony that allows for full expression of mind/body/spirit complexes without need for outer governance; yet a reliable recipe to effect this harmony appears to evade those of Q'uo.

In this session, those of Q'uo examine the relationship and distinctions between desire and will within third density. They describe desire as a random, indistinct, and chaotic energy drawing the entity towards the upward spiralling light in an unclear and mysterious fashion. The activiation of the spirit complex introduces the mind/body/spirit complex to the possibility of self-consciously ordering this energy of desire towards more articulated ends through the faculty of will. Because of the operation of the veil clouding the true nature of these energies, will increasingly coheres into a choice of polarity that can work intelligently and creatively with desire's upward draw towards unity and co-creatorship. Q'uo hints that we take a key step towards social memory in fourth density as we recognize the patterns inherent in the integration of desire and will within ourselves and our other selves.

In this session, those of Q'uo provide observations on the manner in which the will is specifically involved in the polarization process, shedding light on how the service-to-self entity exercises this faculty relative to the service-to-others entity. As a structuring and motivating force for the deep mind in third density, will serves to refine the personality through basic responses of acceptance and rejection towards desires from within and catalyst from seemingly without. While neither response is completely abandoned on either polarity, one response will tend to typify the direction of one's path, strengthening an energetic pattern for how one relates to other selves and the world. Given its role in maintaining a cohesive and secure personality in our lives, Q’uo explores several attitudinal, philosophical, and strategic factors impacting how a mind/body/spirit complex employs will to work with lessons and polarize towards harvestability.

In the final session of the fifth intensive, those of Q'uo expand upon the topic of memory from the last session with an emphasis on the existence, nature, and meaning of the "truth." Here too, will plays a role in the dyadic activity of remembrance, coupling subject to a limited perspective on an event. Given the veil of forgetting, Q'uo endorses no external standard by which veracity can be reliably and objectively teased out from the confusion of siloed and contradictory memories. The achievement of a planetary social memory complex in fourth density will provide all with common access to all individual memories, and in this event lies the fruition of memory: the possibility of a commonly triangulated and authoritative truth across perspectives and distortions. Until then, one must humbly account for the role one's confusion, hurt, and limitations under the veil perennially play in the accuracy of one's recollection and one's truth.

Those of Auxhall join the Richmond circle to comment on the contingent nature of seeking in a chaotic, frustrating, and increasingly mediated illusion. They focus in particular on those aspects of the seeker's path that present confusion and interruption, suggesting that these are important signals on the road towards a partnership of the conscious, veiled self with its deeper, unconscious aspects. We are not expected to swallow catalyst whole, and we are reminded that the articulation and gravity of catalyst in third density is one of its great evolutionary advantages. Auxhall suggests our difficulties recognizing pitfalls in online interactions provide a hint at the complexity inherent in balancing and regulating in fourth density, where the clues that one has strayed are less discrete and obvious. _Please note there is some soft piano music in the background of the recording due to a recital being held in the same building as that we used for our working. Oorkas is a new contact for Richmond Meditation Circle, clearly related to the "Orcas" that L/L Research channelled some forty years ago[1](#footnote-1). This newly fourth density social memory complex relates very touchingly to our dilemmas of third density veiled service, suggesting that we develop a flexibility and humor towards a very discombobulating illusion. The manner in which Oorkas incorporates the interruptions encountered during this session are a fitting example of this temperament they connect to Ra's concept of the light touch. Those of Oorkas assure us that the suffering and tragedies of Earth are not for naught, and that the very response those seemingly unfortunate events elicit in us demonstrate the breadth of our potential beyond this density.

Monka provides thoughts on effectively relating to one's past experience as the seeker perceives a new stage of life ahead, thereby implicitly closing out an old stage and in some sense an old self. Though it may seem like a sacrifice to let go of those parts of the self that represent the old, known configuration, it is really just about putting these parts in a different configuration by rewriting the narrative. Throughout the session Monka uses the visual of "concentric circles" as a way to think about the structure that consciousness assumes as it discovers new centers of attraction at various scales. These include the mind/body/spirit complex, the meditation circle and its rippling effects outward, the mirroring effect, and the relationship between higher density complexes and third density humans. They lastly provide some insight into how the circle members may cultivate better contact.

Expanding on Monka's theme from the last session, Auxhall addresses the experience of encountering a plurality of selves whether looking outward or inward. They situate work with groups as another variety of working within the self which can afford either comfort or discomfort depending on how one has tuned and balanced the self. Those of Auxhall offer many ideas on how one might begin to become comfortable with discomfort: building patience and flexibility through the use of the illusions of time and space in productive ways, balancing within the self to avoid blame, and untangling the knots of emotion and trauma though clearing energy centers.

In their first documented contact with a circle since the Other Selves Working Group's fourth channeling intensive,[1](#footnote-1) those of Laitos bring their warm and delicate vibration to the Richmond circle's working, focusing on the dynamics of truth and its effective communication in suboptimal situations. They suggest regular work on the lower energy centers of red-, yellow-, and orange-ray plays a key role in not simply activating the all-important green-ray center but also in gradually bringing the higher centers' working into common life scenarios more and more. Viewing the encounter between self and other self through the lens of negotiation, Laitos demonstrates how the premises of bargaining evince each participant's basic dignity. This presents the seeker an opportunity to lower the stakes of any confrontation by affirmatively modeling vulnerability, thereby giving the other self a polarized choice to freely make. Finally, those of Laitos address follow-up questions stemming from the main topic as well as the subjects of repression within the energy system, setting an example for others, and the sinkhole of indifference on Earth.

The fourth density social memory complex of Laitos visits the Other Selves Working Group’s first gathering in Estes Park, Colorado to discuss the practice of channeling with two student instruments. They counsel those gathered to look to their own inner spiritual connection to a deeper reality as a help when verifying the connection to higher density contacts. The entire process of channeling prompts deeper questioning within the seeker regarding the basis of one’s own narrow identity, and working with this tentative nature of the self will help the instrument tease out which elements of contact truly arise from without those boundaries, however arbitrary. Laitos concludes by encouraging new instruments to not overly stress the provenance of the message received; whether it arises from the self as narrowly construed or from other selves, the tuning of the channeling group's calling has the most determinative effect on the appropriateness of the information.

The Q’uo principle addresses the Other Selves Working Group at their 2024 gathering on the complicated subject of desire and how it is refined in the midst of spiritual seeking. As both a force shaping us and being shaped by our continually discovered biases, we learn to work with the great variety of desires, both in how they relate to each other and how they might be expressed and integrated. Because these desires tend to dip below consciousness, Q’uo reminds us of the veil’s purpose in stimulating polarization in third density, forming the basis for a kind of organization of desires that allow us to pursue our chosen pole. Even frustrated desire can be very instructive to a mind/body/spirit complex’s larger evolution, especially when it comes to reconciling our polarized choice with the constellation of desires the seeker continually discovers within its complex.

In this final session from the Working Group’s 2024 gathering, those of Q’uo address concerns around the setting of intention. They begin by counseling the seeker to tidy their mind and heart, recognizing that one cannot eliminate all impediments to transformation. On the service-to-others path we set our best intentions by seeking their alignment with the Creator’s will. By using a lighter touch in effecting our own will, we make space for our intentions to keep pace with phenomenal opportunities and deepen with reflection. Follow up questions are offered with respect to lessening Earth’s suffering and intentionally programming dreams.

After an over three month break, the Richmond Meditation Circle made contact with Monka. The gap in time as well as life events and energy levels impacted the instrument's performance. While the tuning and challenging were adequate to publish, the Circle decided to redact one paragraph out of an abundance of caution, and this should lead the reader to use the utmost discrimination in evaluating the content. Monka's message revolves around when faith should be employed and when to use discernment. Connecting within to the deep self yields the guidance which informs the exercise of either capacity. With these tools, one can more easily honor one's doubts about the future while striding forward into the mysterious future with confidence to serve. At the end of the session Monka provides commentary on shadow work and using meditation to work with feelings of anxiety and being stuck. Demonstrating one's learned lessons and held ideals in the illusion comes up several times as a key component of evolutionary progress.

In their second contact with the circle, Oorkas comments upon the enormity of the challenge of seeking infinitely within an infinite Creator. This endless quest is processed by us in units that regularly provide fresh opportunities to respond to dead ends on the path. Faith carries us through this cadence of new moments, building that capacity to continually extend the self further in the protean growth of our Creator. Connecting within to one’s higher self delivers a transcendence of individual identity towards a more cosmic scale of concerns. Oorkas also addresses the role of the potentiator of spirit archetype in this issue as well as questions about the function of individuation and emotions.

After over two years, the principle of Q’uo revisits the Richmond circle to discuss the nature of seeking as it straddles the present moment and the eternal. Whether plodding along in the tedious moments of life or being swept along in a current of purpose and meaning, consciousness evinces a kind of traction that we both crave as an alternative to the groundlessness of infinity and loathe for its tethering of us to our catalyst. With traction we have an anchored point from which we can project into the illusion outside ourselves through action as well as that within ourselves through meditation. Those of Q’uo offer remarks on how we may use the illusion of separation to piece together an approach to the present moment that can also feel part of a greater evolutionary progression. Questions about shame and self-forgiveness in the context of these dynamics are also considered towards the end of the session.

In this exploration of the mind's intricate dance between intellect and intuition, those of the principle of Q'uo invite us to consider the delicate interplay of these facets of consciousness when we make a study of the archetypal mind. Having sketched out the functions and value in the seeking process that these two faculties defined by the veil exhibit, Q'uo draws in the interaction of the matrix and the potentiator as foundational patterns of energy flow in manifestation. However, the pattern described cannot banish the primacy of mystery in seeking, and we are cautioned to balance intellectual approaches and intuition when we study the archetypal mind, abiding with that which our consciously available mental tools cannot explain to our immediate satisfaction.

In this short training sessions, Laitos addresses the intensity of negative emotions that can be worked with through the energy of forgiveness. These emotions are often brought into our awareness through events involving others, but there is always a component of self that requires forgiving as well. Laitos considers forgiveness of the self an important part of self-acceptance, recognizing its capacity to heal many different states of confused and uncomfortable feeling.

In this session, the principle of Q'uo explores the nuanced relationship between desire and catalyst, suggesting that desire extends beyond the individual to encompass one's collective identities and groups. The selective nature of desire combines with the occluded nature of catalyst to deliver its internal conflicts, culminating in the sacrifice that releases and transforms the desire. Delving into the overlap between this idea and the catalyst stations of the tarot, Q'uo calls out a few of the broader qualities of each archetype, noting the reflective nature of body and the intensifying overtones of spirit. They conclude with a challenge to individual responsibility for desire and its attendant catalyst, hinting at the wisdom of pursuing a deeper appreciation for these two features of the seeker's journey.

In this training session for newer instruments, the entity Laitos explores the concept of both individual and collective sovereignty as it relates to the spiritual journey and the evolution of consciousness. Laitos discusses how sovereignty is a recognition of one's power and the ability to respect others' personal domains, which is especially relevant in the face of the challenges posed by Earth's economic and political systems, emphasizing the role of the heart in connecting individuals and understanding the blend of personal and collective sovereignty. They suggest sovereignty is not a solitary endeavor but a collective one, where shared experiences and empathy can strengthen both individual and communal sovereignty. The concept of dignity is highlighted as a key aspect of sovereignty, suggesting that recognizing dignity in others can transform sovereignty from a defensive stance to a basis for unity.

In this session, Q'uo explores the archetypal stations of catalyst and experience as they are encountered in daily life, emphasizing a model of projection and reflection that imbues waking life with the veiled messages of the deep mind. Addressing these two stations of the tarot across mind, body, and spirit, their commentary largely centers on how to profitably think about the operation of catalysis and recognize the signs of its grounding, balancing, and integration. Q'uo then follows up on their monologue to address this subject in light of working with dreams and the possibility of catalyst becoming diminished or less obnoxious, in both cases suggesting attitudes with which the mind/body/spirit complex's extant approaches and processes may be cooperated with more deeply.

In this discourse on the significator of body archetype, Q'uo examines the delicate balance involved in both responsibly caring for the body while pushing it beyond its comfort zone in search of spiritual growth. They present the body as a crucible for change whose value arises from its impermanence, a more fixed and temporally bounded quality when contrasted with the natures of mind and spirit. The body requires a balance between respectful and sacrificial use, and Q'uo ties in some of the symbols in the tarot's hanged man image to speak to these nuances. They note how deeply polarity is involved even in embodiment, inviting a renewed appreciation for the body's irreplaceable role in spiritual evolution.

In this session, those of Q'uo delve into the nature of our moral agency and the powerful institutions that affect our convenient lives in late stage third density civilization. They address how we, as individuals, can navigate and relate to a world rife with exploitation and negativity—-a world that paradoxically provides the leisure necessary for inward spiritual seeking. They challenge the listener to witness planetary sorrow not as passive bystanders but as active participants in a shared journey towards social memory and earth healing.

Here Q'uo addresses the frustrated experience of feeling aversion towards exercising one's will to act in accordance with one's presumed identity. They suggest in this session that our desires and the universe's response to them are part of a dynamic relationship which discloses to us our own nature. The veiling effect hampers this disclosure from being clearly recognized, leaving us struggling to reconcile our assumed responsibilities and the past choices that lead to them with our present desires. This is but another facet of the eternal question of how to assert ourselves when doing so cannot help but uncover the unknowns of our own nature. Q'uo locates the friction of aversion here in this question of identity and urges an acceptance of the self's role in the Creator's project of self-discovery.

After a long break, Richmond Meditation Circle makes contact with Oorkas to discuss humanity's connection to the planet as fourth density approaches. This involves the shared experience of Earth as a unifying center for all beings and the challenging path towards unifying with her. Oorkas encourages individuals to embrace the planet's struggles as part of their own journey, urging the development of one's intuitive faculties to cultivate a deep connection with Earth and a recognition of the interconnectedness of all life. This entails a shift in perspective, moving away from seeing the planet merely the setting for human activity and instead recognizing it as an full partner in our joint evolution. Oorkas advises that true service to other selves and the planet involves learning to give without attachment to outcomes, suggesting meditation as the key to aligning with one's inner center and, by extension, the planetary center. They stress the direct and maturing experience of social memory and the importance of integrating the shadow self to foster unity and healing. The session concludes with Oorkas addressing concerns about the planet's response to global negative energies as well as relating to other selves regardless of personal affection.

In this session the fifth density social memory complex of Monka work with some of the finer points in the individual mind/body/spirt complex’s harmonization with the planetary complex. Monka builds upon Oorkas’s last message by providing some abstract guidance on tuning to Earth, working with the obstacles to this inherent in the yellow-ray self. Contrasting personal comfort with Mother Earth’s comfort, they discuss the nature of sacrifice, intellectualism, control, and the use of thought forms that can focus the planet’s desire in ways that harmonize the civilizational with the natural. Monka ends by answering questions revolving around using feelings of discomfort and feeling into patterns in nature that inform how we might work with our own unconscious.

In this short session inaugurating the Richmond Meditation Circle's 2025 Invitational, Hatonn pays a long overdue visit to discuss how the mysteries of oneness might be recognized in the illusion. Starting from the energetic nature of contact between the circle and their complex, they place before the seeker the choice of how they might perceive and make sense of outer events. This heuristic is extended to material objects and the operation of cause and effect, showing how the blending of energies enabling communication between the circle and Hatonn can be found analogously in all aspects of the illusion. The ubiquitous presence of this blending provides a hint about the unity behind the appearance of separation.

Latuii is a fifth density social memory complex, typically a constituent of the Q'uo principle and before then in frequent contact with L/L Research. They speak on the subject of pain, especially bodily pain, and the ways to which it might be related on the seeker's path, both as recipient and as witness of another's pain. They suggest the most efficient use of pain involves feeling it deeply, and they encourage the friends of the afflicted to open themselves as well to this pain and provide company for the journey. Commentary is also provided on drugs, working with addiction and pain through thought forms, and offering ideas for meditation with a playfulness that will be recognized by the other self.

Closing out the 2025 Invitational event, Auxhall visits the circle to invite contemplation on the nature of thought forms and our role as creators within the cosmic hierarchy. Auxhall emphasizes the distinction between our own conscious agency and the more passive existence of thought forms which lack will and are shaped by our intentions. Thoughts are not merely _ex nihilo_ creations but the means by which we release latent potential within infinity, a faculty only entities in the logoic chain possess. The message also touches upon the importance of focusing on love and service rather than seeking control or wisdom and the power of faith in navigating our third density existence, specifically addressing how service-to-self forces might be confronted.

The Q'uo principle addresses the Richmond circle members' concerns about letting go of old situations and stepping into new, unknown ones. Highlighting the archetypal nature of these transitions, Q'uo connects thought forms to the less discrete matters of faith and causality to shed light on the nature of the meandering path each seeker walks. Follow-up questions tackle issues of accepting the self, offering service while suffering from personal handicaps, and the nature of cooperation within the Confederation.
