We are Q’uo. We are with this instrument and greet you all in the love and light of our One Infinite Creator. Our most humble blessings we offer as your brothers and sisters of the Confederation of Planets in the Service of the One Infinite Creator. This is our first contact with this circle. As such, we offer you our invitation to the tradition of interplanetary working that we symbolize, for are we not a principle composed of many of those whose names you have heard previously in this circle? Therefore, rejoice my brothers and sisters: the time is at hand when many centers of light will blossom to guide your people through a very dark and murky time, a time that will offer many challenges. However, it is challenge that promotes growth, and what is before you is not distant. We speak of your coming harvest into those energies which your question addresses this evening.
It is incumbent upon us to offer our standard caveat. We will speak of the trials and tribulations of a life lived as a testament to the unity of all, and this majesty percolates into your illusion in ways that often do not seem to be what you expect. This is the hallmark of the new, the calling card of the other side of your beingness. Shall you greet it as such? My brothers and sisters, that decision is yours.
You see, we offer much love, much information, and much of a conditioning vibration that may, in our estimation, assist you on your path. But is it our path, my brothers and sisters? In some ways, yes; for we are, after all, one. However, because we are one, each portion of the one is free and at complete liberty to express its will, its distortions, its signature in the overall band of vibration that this octave comprises. Should you feel any trepidation in joining us on this path, is there any danger at all in stepping aside and giving it a second thought? No, my brothers and sisters: you cannot err.
We simply encourage you towards that which approaches the optimum of seeking efficiency. And given this—-given the stakes, both exhaustive and trivial–the matter must be left to you: each of you. A conditioning wave is not a validation of your thinking. A reaching out from our principle is only a bid, my brothers and sisters, a kind of offering. If it cannot be rejected, it cannot be freely accepted. So choose for yourselves. Choose at the time of your choosing, and let your hearts open at this moment, considering the full measure of our message at perhaps some moment when you have your full wits about you. Do us this favor, and we will be ever so grateful. For our mission is to help, and even from our vantage point it is not always clear how this may be accomplished. So your help, simply by being who you are, does us so much honor it is difficult to convey, and we are in your debt.
As we continue our message to examine the nuances of the question which your circle has deeply considered, we feel that the focus you have each achieved in this working might be reflected upon. Entities such as yourselves feel most alive when the full energies and potential within your complex have been released, allowed to transition into a kinetic state, and the feedback of a reaction to this action fully registering one’s bodily presence in the moment. This is the vibrancy and connection that certifies to the seeker that, whether it is danger ahead or glory, it is real, it is yours, and it is investing this experience with the meaning you crave.
But this is not every moment, is it, my brothers and sisters? What perhaps is the meaning, the value of the dilated focus, the mind wandering, the languid posture of the body, and the steady-state hum of the complex of spirit continually radiating regardless of one’s exercise of this faculty of connection? There is hot and cold, night and day: opposites abound in your experience, and balance is an ideal that one strives towards. In the phenomenal unfolding of events, each of which promises the mind/body/spirit complex proximate to it an avenue of expenditure of its love, its love, its light, its power, this balance has no leverage, no asymmetry that creates the propulsion towards the goal.
The goal is, of course, quite illusory, but do you not crave this illusion? Is it not in your bones, your DNA, your limbic brain to extend further, to exhaust yourself in the striving for this? This is the intelligence of your body, my brothers and sisters. You do not need to cultivate this, per se; it is built in. It is built in because what we have just described, this imbalance, is the nature of manifestation, the nature of that portion of the illusion which those of our kind have named space/time. There is completion and resolution at the level of the One Infinite Creator, but you are created to experience the imbalance so that the composite features of this Creator may be brought out into distinction so that they may achieve this focus. And therefore, when you are unfocused, you have created conditions where you may strive towards a concentration of your attention, your awareness, your energies that lead to the next unfolding of the mystery.
Do not fret about a lack of focus. Be where you are at, we would advise. This is good and an opportunity to exercise faith so that you may learn how to be all of this creation as your bodily investment in manifestation and not just the parts that validate you, that you may ascribe to your character, your accomplishments. For these items, these medals you pin on your lapel, they will dissolve so quickly, my brothers and sisters. You know this well.
The steady state you bring from your deep mind–from that mind that abuts time/space–is the exercise of your balance in the moment, in the tumbling of moments into fruition. And it is all the more poignantly done at the dusk of third density when mind/body/spirit complexes such as yourselves try to, shall we say, cram in as much learning as possible. Again, you need not force this to happen, but it is understandable that you might strategize so.
To speak more on how these energies might be cooperated with–even utilized–we would offer the one known as Ben our contact. My brother, we advise you that our angle of entry will be at the so-called third eye. He will feel us as a pressure that will disclose the first words of our message. We ask you to take the appropriate time to steady these energies and then to speak the words that this pressure engraves upon your soul, and in this way, we may have communion.

We have spoken tonight on the topic of fourth density energies and the perspectives that entities such as yourselves may have as they go about living their lives on this planet. We would say that there is great value in recognizing the change or changes that are occurring within the planet and within oneself as they go about their life. There is great value in this awareness, for it is possible in one’s own awareness to utilize these changes as they are felt and as they are occurring. As time goes on it will become clearer or abundantly clear the extent of these changes as they are felt from within and seen around you. These changes will revolve around interpersonal–or what seem to be interpersonal–developments and feelings that you have towards yourself and other people.
The shifting perspectives on this planet are one in which entities such as yourselves would be encouraged to look deep within and feel the changes that are occurring inside of you and the love that is begging to pour out of you. For the most apparent aspect of the changes that will occur are or revolve around love, and as you progress through your experiences and your lives, you will begin to notice how much simpler it is to express love and how easy it comes without a second thought. And you will see that love reflected back at you, and the methods by which or the apparent ways by which this will manifest will surprise all of you. For it is not something that will arise in a predictable manner as each person or entity is a unique individual and will respond to the changes in the energies in their own way. On the one hand, as an entity yearns to express the love that they feel bubbling up inside of them, they will encounter roadblocks or things inside of them that prevent the expression of this love. It will be as if the love is attempting to break down the door but in turn one will discover that there are many doors remaining to be opened.
It will become necessary for an entity to face each door, understand why it is closed, and then learn how to open it; and the desire to do this and to perform this inner work will come from within. There will be those entities that will go to great lengths to avoid this calling, and when this is occurring for there will be a great they will manifest great difficulties in their lives which will only become more and more pronounced with each year that passes on this planet.
When it comes to working with these energies or utilizing them it is most advantageous to simply give yourself a place to work from the love as it tries to radiate from within. For it is the great listening that will lead you, take you by the hand and lead you through each door. It is only a necessity that you have a place in your heart and your mind to listen and be willing to work with it.
Never before in the history of this planet have your peoples experienced these types of energies, and it will be foreign to them, but over time it will begin to affect all. Groups such as yours who are yearning and are seeking to experience these energies are doing themselves a favor by enhancing their sensitivity to them, for as the years go by, it will become more and more difficult to ignore them, and those who are experiencing and responding to and working with these energies will seek out and be able to more easily identify those who are doing the same in their own lives and will recognize one another by their vibration and their radiance of love that they offer to one another.
In our estimate this is a a phenomenon in which you will begin to experience these changes in vibration, and as you recognize these changes in other people, it will serve to expedite your own seeking and this process in which you are experiencing, for you will serve as mirrors for each other. And when groups of entities on a similar vibration get together and share a space with each other, they resonate together, and it is this shared resonance, these harmonics that will serve to create unique opportunities for what you might call spiritual growth. For it is the coming together of these entities and sharing their harmony with one another that is the beginning of the proper transition into fourth density, and as you progress through your lives you will have opportunities to do this in which you will understand the meaning of these energies which we have spoken of, for it will begin to make sense to you on an intuitive level.
In closing we would encourage all of you to not focus on the “when” or the “how,” but to simply enjoy the ride and take as much time that you can to stop and smell the flowers along the way, for this will be a long ride, and there will be plenty of bumps, but the ending will be unlike anything that you can easily imagine.

I am Q’uo and am again with this instrument. We find ourselves in an awkward position, but so has the instrument known as Ben, and for his exertion and his discretion we are so grateful. You have performed as an instrument with the tinges of sixth density influx quite well. my brother. This is the beginning of a relationship between our principle and your circle. Rejoice and celebrate the success you have achieved, for this is a great step forward on your path towards serving our Creator.
We will be brief in our answer to the question that this instrument has posed and ask the circle’s indulgence as we steady energies to ensure as accurate an answer as possible. I am Q’uo.

Let us briefly offer the image on your tarot card of the Significator of Body, the sense in which it is being held upside down, shaken out, stripped of all that purchases what is valued on this plane. It is the overall story of the body, but not simply of the flesh you occupy. It is a fable of that which is material, that which is hoarded and meted out judiciously to conserve one’s foothold in the incarnation. But incarnations are finite; they do not last, and we have spoken through this instrument previously that the body is both to be cherished, loved, nurtured, but also very importantly: sacrificed, used up, thrown into the grave when one is finished with it. We speak of course of one ray of the body and not the idea of embodiment itself, though at each level, sacrifice obtains and teaches he who seeks our Creator what exactly one may approach the throne wearing, holding, offering nothing but the self, my brothers and sisters. And this will be your entry into fourth density, taking nothing with you but the essence of those lessons you have learned deep within the consciousness that records what the Creator has made you to learn.
Now this instrument wondered how one might relate to that and we answer: any way you choose. Wail, gnash your teeth, cry out, feel the sorrow that is attendant with loss. My brothers and sisters, these are parts of the Creator as well, and the more deeply you feel the sacrifice, the more treasure you bring to your Creator. For if you can feel the loss deeply, you can process and balance it quickly and with great profit to your Creator and your larger beingness.
No entity in this octave accrues simply to give away; no person saves and works hard to simply flush its life savings down the toilet. It is absurd. What your Creator asks is that you have faith in this absurdity so that you may experience a new self; a self that is more deeply felt and more preciously obtained than any item you can buy, any instrument you can observe growing in value. Even your relationships with each other will change. Accepting this change is difficult, and no principle from beyond your planet can ease that struggle–except to offer love: a love in which loss can be slowly worked with, balanced. And then this self, unburdened by that which was clung to, may lightly dance towards paradise. And it is in that future fruition that one aspirationally strips the self of all that gives it place and stature in a crumbling illusion.

We are very, very pleased at what we have been able with your help to accomplish, for sites of contact with our principle are few, and you have shown us another example of what contact can mean and how we may work with new instruments such that they may offer your planet the full gamut of resources the Confederation has to offer. Working together as a circle, and working as a circle of circles, may you hold each others hands, look in each others eyes, and recognize that you will lose together and gain everything. For you have each other, and though the relationship may change, it is still at root a relation of self and self, and at that level loss is meaningless; gain a joke. This is what it means for seeking to be sacred, and you may behold this sacrament in each working that you complete together.
