Those of Oorkas open the Richmond Meditation Circle’s 2026 Invitational Gathering with their views on hypnosis as a means of spiritual seeking and self-knowledge. They begin with a study of the individual self and its relationship to the collective planet, contrasting our third density experience with theirs in fourth density. Hypnosis asks the seeker to release conscious control to another, analogous at the individual level to what those of Oorkas experienced on a planetary scale at their harvest. In third density with the veil between the individual seeker and their full, unconscious minds, this is an act of trust with dangers and benefits. While it can be a shortcut to insight, it can never replace the value of slow, deliberate and individually-grounded work in consciousness, and Oorkas stresses the value of the beauty experienced on this slower path for its effect on the seeker.
