In this session from the Other Selves Working Group's first channeling intensive, Q'uo elaborates on functional characteristics involved in three of the seven classifications used to study the archetypal mind. The significator provides a unifying concept of selfhood that derives elaboration from the mutual reinforcement of matrix and potentiator, variously synthesizing the activity/passivity and generation/reception dynamics that accrue from their respective masculine or feminine correspondences. In their answers to questions, Q'uo briefly touches on the choice archetype's relationship to the significator, and finally they establish the primacy of free will relative to the archetypal mind, suggesting a mysterious, macrocosmic superstructure governing octaval evolution.
In this inaugural channeling session of the Richmond Meditation Circle, Hatonn counsels seekers to hone their faith by leaning into the catalyst we programmed for ourselves, painful though it may be. There is a rhythm to our lives that transcends our ability to reason and plan, and we serve our evolution best when we maintain a positive attitude radiating love to others and nurturing our fragile selves through the changes of life. As this rhythm transforms us into something we might think we should fear, we can rest assured that the deeper we go, the closer we get to the Creator.
In this session those of Q'uo engage in a broad discussion of the purpose, nature, and ramifications of the Transformation of Mind archetype. Because the theme of the archetype's tarot image involves choosing merely one kind of relationship to the self and deep mind over the other kind, Q'uo reminds us that letting go of the unchosen is an important part of transformation. We are advised to have compassion for ourselves in this pregnant state of change, as the fear attending transformation redounds to the depths of the contingency entailed in spiritual evolution. Both paths lead not only back to the Creator but also each teach as old patterns are balanced, and it is in the caring for the fragile third density self through the growth pains and alien feelings of transformation that we more completely integrate ourselves to be full participants in the next stage of evolution.
Q'uo describes biases as a primitive or basic concept. Biases, they tell us, are a mark of Creatorhood, which include the biases of the One Logos in originating the universe as well as the original biases of the planet developed in first density. Q'uo tells us that biases are both acquired and also mysteriously latent within us; biases exist at the intersection between significance (or meaning or value) and desire (or yearning). Our experience of sequential time allows us to undergo accrual and transformations of biases. Q'uo concludes with a consideration of the differences in accrual of bias between the mind, body and spirit complexes.
In this session those of Hatonn attempt to speak to the discomfort and heartache inherent in the constant change of our lives. This change and the emotional wake it leaves is part of our lessons, and it is our limited third density perspective that prevents us from seeing it as a smooth and coherent curriculum leading to realizations which we are destined to achieve. In fact, the more we can feel into our emotions deeply, no matter how positive or negative they may seem, the better use we can make of the catalyst. We might fear that feeling negative emotions could prompt us to act in rash or destructive manners, but those of Hatonn assure us that we are more likely to act in ways we might regret in the attempt to escape the emotion, not in simply feeling its truth.

In this session, those of Q’uo address the nature of mind and its relation to the body. They discuss the grounding of mind in love and how its fluid nature relates to manifestation and embodiment. Some hints are also offered about how the body relates mind back to itself. Towards the end, Q’uo answers a question on the “tree of mind” metaphor as viewed from the body complex.
Q’uo here explores the way that the complexity of spirit arises from the initial complexity of mind, as a result of points of contact between the two dimensions of self. The specific role of the veil is discussed, and the sense in which that catalyst which is unused by mind tends to seep through, as an undigested remainder, into the spirit, creating residues that contribute to the complexification. These, in part, seed the tendency of the spirit complex to be experienced as a dark and dangerous place.
Monka is an old Confederation contact in the tradition of UFO-inspired channeling, first appearing in the work of Richard Miller in the 1950's[1](#footnote-1) and channeled twice by the L/L Research circle in the 1980's[2](#footnote-2), [3](#footnote-3). Responding to questions and concerns around group work in the Other Selves Working Group's activities, they share their view of the dynamics surrounding the building of community, the exercise of power, and the nature of disputes. The gravity of such work is laid out in light of the arriving fourth density, and those of Monka counsel patience and flexibility in accommodating the sometimes troubling nature of personal relationships. Some commentary is offered towards the end of the session on the operation of archetypal mind at the cosmic level.
What do those of Ra and the Confederation mean by "efficiency" when discussing spiritual evolution? Those of Q'uo tackle this question in light of the protean, "trial and error" nature of evolution, articulating the role the self-aware seeker plays in the total expression of the Creator's nature in this octave. Each octave seems to constitute an experiment in improving the balance between joy and sorrow as two poles in a continuum properly experienced as one follows the upwards spiraling light. This current octave's introduction of the veil between conscious and unconscious mind has improved the motivation to seek through third density polarization, but it has introduced a side effect by increasing the concentration of sorrow in that density, leading to the sinkhole of indifference. Those of sixth density seek to ameliorate this side effect, but their help is often rejected, and they are relegated to merely sharing in this sorrow as they send their love/light.
In 2010 Q'uo offered a curious insight into the enduring nature of the individual across octaves:
> Those within the principle of Q’uo have not yet gone through the ending of an octave of creation. However, it is our understanding, limited though it may be, that the essence of each part of the Creator that has been sent out remains in potentiation as the Creator breathes and decides again to know Itself better. And when It sends out parts of Itself again, there is a natural tendency to fracture or be splintered into the precisely identical soul stream that you experienced in the previous octave. So in truth, you, as an individual, are never lost. You simply are folded up into the Creator after a full octave of experience. After coming from alpha to omega you start again and you learn again and you desire again and the fruits of that are preserved for the Creator so that It may know Itself ever better.

Q'uo revisits this subject in this session to expand upon the relationship between the individual or soul stream and the unified Creator as it evolves and explores its own nature across the octaves of existence. The value of the individual "centers to infinity" evolving as co-Creators is explored in terms of the Creation's fractal nature, with each unit conveying a kind of memory of the specific distilled learning back to the Creator along lines that are consistent and inherent to this protean exercise of creation. There is the implication that this consistent fractal structure is the constant across octaves that allows for each new creation to be relatively appreciated for its novelty and for its distilled content to be shuttled back to the One Infinite Creator.
The social memory complex of Monka visits the Richmond Meditation Circle once more here to discuss the connection between individual work in consciousness and focused group work which accrues and deploys power. Much of developing this potential depends upon diligent and honest self-inquiry about the deeper nature of one's desires, one's nature, and how that might be a more or less distorted expression of divine will. Those of Monka offer ideas on how to balance the stresses of human life while maintaining a relatability towards other selves. Much of our work in consciousness revolves around the ability to shift perspective and thereby change one's subjectivity, and this makes such shifts key in developing magical potential. Monka offers that much of the transformation we seek occurs as a release of old identity, a process they connect to a more mindful awareness of the present moment. We are capable of powerful good so long as we stay grounded in the density of those whom we wish to assist.
In this session those of Q'uo discuss the breadth of concerns and implications resulting from attempts at magical practice on the service-to-others path. With no shortage of cautionary admonitions, several elements of disciplined study and self-inquiry are explicated briefly, including the role of the energy centers, the choice of polarity, the archetypal mind, and the shadow self. The well grounded access of the higher self then plays a pivotal part in the positive adept's transmutation of the negative energies at work in many conditions we might seek to affect through magical working. However, Q'uo continually remind us that this work demands immense levels of preparation and focus not required for third density polarization, and we can safely effect good through more modest forms of service.
The Q’uo principle addresses the Other Selves Working Group at their 2024 gathering on the complicated subject of desire and how it is refined in the midst of spiritual seeking. As both a force shaping us and being shaped by our continually discovered biases, we learn to work with the great variety of desires, both in how they relate to each other and how they might be expressed and integrated. Because these desires tend to dip below consciousness, Q’uo reminds us of the veil’s purpose in stimulating polarization in third density, forming the basis for a kind of organization of desires that allow us to pursue our chosen pole. Even frustrated desire can be very instructive to a mind/body/spirit complex’s larger evolution, especially when it comes to reconciling our polarized choice with the constellation of desires the seeker continually discovers within its complex.
In their second contact with the circle, Oorkas comments upon the enormity of the challenge of seeking infinitely within an infinite Creator. This endless quest is processed by us in units that regularly provide fresh opportunities to respond to dead ends on the path. Faith carries us through this cadence of new moments, building that capacity to continually extend the self further in the protean growth of our Creator. Connecting within to one’s higher self delivers a transcendence of individual identity towards a more cosmic scale of concerns. Oorkas also addresses the role of the potentiator of spirit archetype in this issue as well as questions about the function of individuation and emotions.
In this exploration of the mind's intricate dance between intellect and intuition, those of the principle of Q'uo invite us to consider the delicate interplay of these facets of consciousness when we make a study of the archetypal mind. Having sketched out the functions and value in the seeking process that these two faculties defined by the veil exhibit, Q'uo draws in the interaction of the matrix and the potentiator as foundational patterns of energy flow in manifestation. However, the pattern described cannot banish the primacy of mystery in seeking, and we are cautioned to balance intellectual approaches and intuition when we study the archetypal mind, abiding with that which our consciously available mental tools cannot explain to our immediate satisfaction.
In this session, the principle of Q'uo explores the nuanced relationship between desire and catalyst, suggesting that desire extends beyond the individual to encompass one's collective identities and groups. The selective nature of desire combines with the occluded nature of catalyst to deliver its internal conflicts, culminating in the sacrifice that releases and transforms the desire. Delving into the overlap between this idea and the catalyst stations of the tarot, Q'uo calls out a few of the broader qualities of each archetype, noting the reflective nature of body and the intensifying overtones of spirit. They conclude with a challenge to individual responsibility for desire and its attendant catalyst, hinting at the wisdom of pursuing a deeper appreciation for these two features of the seeker's journey.
Q'uo focuses here on those archetypes of Matrix, Potentiator, and Significator as they relate to work within the spirit complex. Dwelling upon the intense nature of seeking in this domain, they emphasize the importance of polarity and the need for the seeker to have firmly established their orientation towards service-to-others or service-to-self before venturing into the work of Spirit. After discussing the functional and affective aspects of the three stations of the Spirit cycle of archetypes, those of Q'uo affirm both the difficulty of the work in spirit and the profound joy and reward it offers to those who persevere. Before concluding, they entertain questions stemming from the abjectly daunting nature of the spirit complex Q'uo has described.
In this session, Q'uo explores the archetypal stations of catalyst and experience as they are encountered in daily life, emphasizing a model of projection and reflection that imbues waking life with the veiled messages of the deep mind. Addressing these two stations of the tarot across mind, body, and spirit, their commentary largely centers on how to profitably think about the operation of catalysis and recognize the signs of its grounding, balancing, and integration. Q'uo then follows up on their monologue to address this subject in light of working with dreams and the possibility of catalyst becoming diminished or less obnoxious, in both cases suggesting attitudes with which the mind/body/spirit complex's extant approaches and processes may be cooperated with more deeply.
Q'uo discusses faith as an essential element in the third-density journey of learning love, where individuals navigate an illusion of separateness and fear. Faith is compared to the archetype of the Fool, who fearlessly steps forward, trusting that all is well. This journey of faith involves questioning identity and purpose, making choices of service to others or self, and working through the chakras, starting from the base and moving towards the heart center where the realization of universal love and connectedness begins. As individuals progress, faith grows, guiding them through life's uncertainties and leading to spiritual evolution. Q'uo emphasizes that faith is not just belief but a faculty that develops with an open heart, and it is through faith that one can continually connect to the unconditional love of the One Infinite Creator.
Q'uo describes healing as a dynamic interplay between the body's signals of imbalance and the wisdom to make effective choices for restoration. The matrix of the body, representing balance, and the potentiator of the body, associated with wisdom, guide this process. Healing involves observing and responding to these signals with consistent attention, aligning with the body's natural rhythms to maintain wellness.
Q'uo discusses the archetypal mind's influence on healing, urging listeners to discern their own truths from the shared insights. They liken life's challenges to a relentless Wheel of Fortune, where the body experiences and absorbs various catalysts. Drawing an analogy to homeopathy, Q'uo suggests that healing can come from small doses of what might otherwise harm, indicating that challenges often contain their own remedies. By reflecting on and integrating these experiences, one can learn and grow, embodying the enchantress who calmly directs the lion. Q'uo advocates for gratitude towards the body and life's catalysts, as they are essential for progress and enriching the soul's journey back to the Creator.
In this discourse on the significator of body archetype, Q'uo examines the delicate balance involved in both responsibly caring for the body while pushing it beyond its comfort zone in search of spiritual growth. They present the body as a crucible for change whose value arises from its impermanence, a more fixed and temporally bounded quality when contrasted with the natures of mind and spirit. The body requires a balance between respectful and sacrificial use, and Q'uo ties in some of the symbols in the tarot's hanged man image to speak to these nuances. They note how deeply polarity is involved even in embodiment, inviting a renewed appreciation for the body's irreplaceable role in spiritual evolution.
Here Q'uo offers an exploration of the spiritual journey as one traverses the less-trodden paths of the spirit complex. The communication delves into the adept's experience of navigating the subtleties of spiritual evolution, particularly the activation of the indigo ray energy center and its disorienting effects. Q'uo discusses the thinning of the veil and the resulting heightened sensitivity to the energies that well up from within, which can dramatically alter the adept's perception of daily catalysts and interactions with others. The narrative addresses the challenges of maintaining service-to-others orientation amidst newfound powers of perception and influence, cautioning against the risks of control and repulsion that may arise. The adept is guided to confront internal distortions with hope, recognizing that the light of faith can illuminate the path to redemption, even when faced with seemingly insurmountable inner shadows. This message from Q'uo is a deep examination of the spiritual path's complexities, inviting the seeker to embrace the transformative power of faith and the continuous responsibility of self-awareness.
After a long break, Richmond Meditation Circle makes contact with Oorkas to discuss humanity's connection to the planet as fourth density approaches. This involves the shared experience of Earth as a unifying center for all beings and the challenging path towards unifying with her. Oorkas encourages individuals to embrace the planet's struggles as part of their own journey, urging the development of one's intuitive faculties to cultivate a deep connection with Earth and a recognition of the interconnectedness of all life. This entails a shift in perspective, moving away from seeing the planet merely the setting for human activity and instead recognizing it as an full partner in our joint evolution.
Oorkas advises that true service to other selves and the planet involves learning to give without attachment to outcomes, suggesting meditation as the key to aligning with one's inner center and, by extension, the planetary center. They stress the direct and maturing experience of social memory and the importance of integrating the shadow self to foster unity and healing. The session concludes with Oorkas addressing concerns about the planet's response to global negative energies as well as relating to other selves regardless of personal affection.
In this session the fifth density social memory complex of Monka work with some of the finer points in the individual mind/body/spirt complex’s harmonization with the planetary complex. Monka builds upon Oorkas’s last message by providing some abstract guidance on tuning to Earth, working with the obstacles to this inherent in the yellow-ray self. Contrasting personal comfort with Mother Earth’s comfort, they discuss the nature of sacrifice, intellectualism, control, and the use of thought forms that can focus the planet’s desire in ways that harmonize the civilizational with the natural. Monka ends by answering questions revolving around using feelings of discomfort and feeling into patterns in nature that inform how we might work with our own unconscious.
Closing out the 2025 Invitational event, Auxhall visits the circle to invite contemplation on the nature of thought forms and our role as creators within the cosmic hierarchy. Auxhall emphasizes the distinction between our own conscious agency and the more passive existence of thought forms which lack will and are shaped by our intentions. Thoughts are not merely _ex nihilo_ creations but the means by which we release latent potential within infinity, a faculty only entities in the logoic chain possess. The message also touches upon the importance of focusing on love and service rather than seeking control or wisdom and the power of faith in navigating our third density existence, specifically addressing how service-to-self forces might be confronted.
